CONSCIOUS DANCE CALENDAR

“RI Conscious Dance” is a collaboration of free-form dance facilitators and enthusiasts in the Ocean State.  Our mission is to nourish and grow a vibrant conscious dance community that encourages exploration, creative expression, emotional and physical wellbeing, collective celebration and a foot stomping, tail wagging good time.

Current conscious dance opportunities around the state (that we know about!) include: 5Rhythms, Authentic Movement, Biodanza, Ecstatic Dance, JourneyDance, Contact Improv, Embody Freedom, Nia, Shake Your Soul, SpiritDance, We Need to Dance & Yoga-Dance.   Click on the Dance Forms/Classes page for more detailed descriptions.  Click on the Home page to learn more about “conscious dance” in general or visit the  Inspiration page.
